Original painting by Alan Harris, contemporary art

Acrylic on paper 8x10" inches , 20x25 cm Mounted on acid-free white mount ready to frame on a standar 12x16 inches frame.

This painting shows a wide, low landscape beneath a pale green-grey sky, with a dark horizon line stretching across the middle. In the foreground, a reflective band of water cuts through the scene, painted with white, grey, and deep brown strokes. On the right, clustered trees rise in dark blue-black trunks and rust-red foliage, their rough brushwork giving the surface a dense, weathered texture.

"After the Storm" is a captivating piece of art that captures the serene beauty of nature after a tumultuous storm. The painting features a tranquil field with lush trees in the background, reflecting in a serene body of water. The sky is a mix of vibrant colours, adding depth to the composition. This stunning piece would make a perfect addition to your home, bringing a sense of peace and tranquillity to any space.
